A typical IPS monitor that is reasonably priced. 4 stars, because the viewing angles aren't great for an IPS display.
A good budget pannel with accurate colors, a 75 Hz refresh rate, and it even comes with an hdmi cable. Note- there are no display port connectors on this monitor.

Great budget monitor for around a 100 dollars (7799 INR to be exact). It has options for adding crosshairs and everything. The bezels could be a bit too thick for some people, but I love it.
Great IPS monitor for graphic design. Shockingly better picture quality compared to the TN gaming monitor next to it.
