Expensive, but the monitor is great. Running it at 165Hz OC without any issue
Expensive, but good
The previous monitor was also a 27" 1080p TN monitor, which was a major upgrade compared to that. It was like putting on prescription glasses when your eyes started to get blurry. Thanks to IPS the colors on games are deeper and more vibrant if you game for hours on end you're better off getting an ISP monitor.
So i got two of this monitor for myself as a birthday gift lol. Been using it for 2 year now and it's great. To keep it short here's the pros and cons.
PROS: Has G-Sync Has AURA Rgb behind the monitor. It can be turn off. Apparently it increases fps in games. Haven't tested Has HDR 400. Depending on what it's you're consuming it may look really good with HDR on or not that great. Depends if it's supported. Can be overclocked past 144hz up to 170hz only through the monitor itself. Can rotate 90 degrees, turn sideways both ways, tilts up down and is height adjustable. Has Slim Bezel which is great on a 27" inch monitor. Great build quality. Slightly premium i would say. No dead pixels. Very happy. Stand is metal. Nice. Premium. Speakers built-in. They sound ok.
CONS: The price. Yes, it's expensive. Shocker. But it comes with great features for the price and a big bump in resolution.
amazing, color-rich monitor, barely any backlight bleed.
